We are a drop in afterschool program dedicated to creating a secure and welcoming space for children aged 5-17 in our community.
Program Assistant Requirements
Applicant must be:
18+
Have completed high school (Diploma or GED acceptable)
License and vehicle are preferred but not required
Must be comfortable working with kids aged 5-17. This generally includes: planning and running activities such as cards, crafts, colouring and more, mentorship, assisting with schoolwork and more.
Program runs from September to June. Exact weekly hours will be decided after hiring, but will consist of a combination of hours Monday to Friday.
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6.0 – 15.0 per week
