Job Title: Lot Attendant

Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to support our daily dealership operations. This role is essential to maintaining an organized, safe, and professional vehicle lot year-round.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle lot at all times
- Ensure vehicle rows are straight, clearly marked, and well-presented
- Perform snow removal from sidewalks, walkways, and designated lot areas
- Blow snow off vehicles to maintain visibility, safety, and presentation
- Assist with seasonal lot maintenance (snow, ice control, debris removal)
- Move vehicles as required to support operations and lot organization
- Assist with daily errands and operational tasks as needed
- Support internal teams with general lot and facility needs
- Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies

Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions




- Physically capable of lifting, walking, standing, and working on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining an organized environment
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Team-oriented with a positive work ethic
