Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Co-ordinator to oversee and streamline our maintenance operations across our facilities.

Schedule is Thursday to Saturday, alternating Wednesdays, 12 hour shifts.

This vital role involves managing maintenance schedules, coordinating repairs, and ensuring all equipment and systems operate at peak performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of industrial maintenance practices to support our manufacturing processes.

Core Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Greet truck operators, listen to mechanical concerns, and be able to pass along information to our vendors
- Repair Orders:



Review work orders detailing labor, parts costs, and estimated completion times.
- Shop Coordination: Communicate with vendors book units in, track repair progress and approve ordering necessary parts.
- Warranty & Billing: Verify warranty coverage, issue PO’s and approve invoices.

Key Skills and Qualifications

- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of heavy-duty truck systems, commercial parts, and repair procedures.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to communicate with Operations
- Computer Proficiency: Basic understanding of Outlook, Word and Excel. Will be trained on how to use company specific shop management software and inventory databases (MIR).
- Organization: Capability to prioritize tasks and manage busy repair schedules in a quick-paced environment.
- Class 1 License would be an asset

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
