Position Description

Scale Lab Media is looking for a full-time B2B Appointment Setter to help us connect with contractors and home service business owners who are looking to grow their business.

In this role, you will be making outbound calls to contractors such as landscapers, fence installers, roofers, remodelers, paving companies, hardscapers, deck builders, concrete contractors, and other home service companies. Your main responsibility is to start conversations, qualify interest, and book strategy calls with business owners who are interested in getting more jobs, leads, and booked estimates.

This is a full-time, performance-based role. You will be provided with lead lists, a calling script, CRM access, follow-up templates, objection-handling training, and ongoing support. Your job is to consistently make outbound calls, update the CRM, follow up with interested prospects, and book qualified appointments for the Scale Lab Media team.

We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable speaking with business owners, coachable, reliable, and motivated by performance-based income. This position is best for someone with cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or outbound sales experience.

Compensation is commission-based.



You can earn per qualified appointment that shows up, with additional bonuses available when a booked prospect becomes a paying client. Strong full time appointment setters have the potential to earn $3,000–$6,000+ per month depending on performance.

This role is not for someone looking for a guaranteed hourly wage. It is for someone who is hungry, consistent, and confident in their ability to book real appointments with business owners.

Pay: $4,000.00-$8,000.00 per month
