R&D; Technical Project Coordinator
Location: Vancouver, BC
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are a growing pharmaceutical, natural health product, and dietary supplement company seeking an organized and detail-oriented R&D; Technical Project Coordinator to support our research and product development activities.

The successful candidate will work closely with our R&D;, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and management teams to coordinate product development projects, maintain technical documentation, track experimental activities, and support the development and improvement of new and existing products.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate research and product development projects from initial concept through testing and commercialization.
- Support the planning, tracking, and documentation of product formulation and development activities.
- Coordinate product samples, formulation trials, pilot batches, and testing activities with internal teams and external manufacturers.
- Maintain organized records of experiments, formulation changes, test results, technical observations, and project decisions.
- Collect, organize, and summarize technical data generated during product development activities.
- Prepare project reports, development summaries, meeting notes, and technical documentation.
- Track R&D; project timelines, milestones, outstanding tasks, and follow-up items.
- Coordinate communication between R&D;, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, suppliers, laboratories, and contract manufacturers.
- Assist in investigating technical challenges related to formulations, ingredients,



manufacturing processes, packaging, stability, and product performance.
- Support documentation of technical uncertainties, development challenges, testing approaches, modifications, and project outcomes.
- Assist with literature reviews and technical research related to ingredients, formulations, delivery formats, and product development.
- Participate in R&D; meetings and maintain accurate records of development activities and decisions.
- Help maintain project-specific R&D; files, supporting documents, testing records, and development histories.
- Support continuous improvement projects related to product quality, manufacturing processes, formulations, and product performance.
- Perform other research and development coordination duties as required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Administration, Research Management, or a related discipline is an asset.
- Strong organizational, analytical, documentation, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work with technical information and maintain accurate and detailed records.




- Robust written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes and procedures.
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, natural health products, dietary supplements, food, cosmetics, healthcare, manufacturing, or regulated industries is an asset.
- Experience with research projects, product development, technical documentation, data collection, or project coordination is an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and project tracking tools.

Preferred Skills

- Experience coordinating product development or technical projects.
- Familiarity with formulation development, laboratory testing, manufacturing, quality assurance, or regulatory processes.
- Experience maintaining research records, technical reports, project documentation, or experimental data.
- Understanding of Natural Health Products, dietary supplements, or Health Canada-regulated products is an asset.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, curious, analytical, and comfortable working with both technical teams and management. The ideal candidate should be capable of following research and development activities closely, documenting project progress, coordinating technical work, and helping ensure that R&D; projects are completed in a structured and well-documented manner.

Pay: $22.00-$29.00 per hour
