Weaver Group Ltd. (WGL) is a privately held organization providing construction, maintenance, integrity, and industrial services across Western and Central Canada. With offices in Grande Prairie and Peace River, WGL employs more than 500 skilled professionals and supports a diverse portfolio of projects and operations across multiple industries.

We are currently recruiting pipeline personnel for upcoming and ongoing projects, including local, out-of-town, and camp-based work this winter, beginning in October.

The Chance

Weaver Group is looking for skilled, safety-minded individuals to join our pipeline construction teams.

- Pipeline Labourers
- Skilled Labourers
- Coaters / Sleever Technicians
- Lead Hands
- Heavy Equipment Operators
- Side Boom Operators
- Pipelayers
- Pipefitters
- Welders
- Welder Helpers

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates will bring a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively as part of a field construction team.

Depending on the position,



qualifications may include:

- Previous pipeline, oil and gas, civil construction, or industrial experience
- Experience specific to the position being applied for
- Valid safety and trade certifications applicable to the role
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor and changing weather conditions
- Ability to work local, out-of-town, and camp-based projects as required
- Ability to work extended hours and project schedules
- Reliable transportation and the ability to report to assigned work locations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to WGL safety policies, procedures, and project requirements

Core Safety Requirements

Candidates may be required to hold or obtain:

- CSO
- Standard/Intermediate First Aid with CPR/AED
- Ground Disturbance Level II
- H2S Alive, where required
- Valid Driver's Licence and acceptable Driver's Abstract, where required for the position
- Position-specific operator, coating, trade, or competency certifications
