Salary: $38,000 - $48,000 per year plus commission and bonuses

Action Collections & Receivables Management (ACRM) is one of Canada's fastest-growing collection agencies

and is currently expanding its collection call centre in North York, Ontario.

ACRM provides collection services to a wide range of Canadian organizations, including major banks, leasing

companies, utility providers, and government sectors. The company is seeking experienced collection

professionals to join its growing team.

Responsibilities

Manage collection accounts with a focus on secured financing, Notices of Security Interest (NOSI),

sales contracts, and automotive conditional sales contracts.

Locate and contact consumers regarding overdue accounts.

Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve outstanding balances.

Communicate professionally with customers while maintaining positive client relationships.

Analyze account information and recommend appropriate resolutions.

Maintain accurate account notes and documentation.

Work toward individual and team collection targets.

Qualifications

Previous experience in collections with an emphasis on secured financing and automotive collections is

preferred.

Minimum of three years of experience in secured financing collections and automotive collections is

considered an asset.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent command of the English language.





Assertive and effective negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.

Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic.

Ability to learn quickly, retain information, and adapt to changes.

Must qualify for a collection licence in all Canadian provinces and territories.

Competitive annual salary ranging from $38,000 to $48,000, based on experience.

Location Requirements

This position is based in North York, Ontario, and requires in-person attendance at the office located at 716

Gordon Baker Road.
