Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Cold Caller to join our dynamic sales team! Responsibilities

- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our products and services with confidence and clarity
- Identify potential business opportunities through targeted outreach and effective communication strategies
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs, budget, and decision-making processes
- Build rapport with prospects, addressing questions and overcoming objections with professionalism
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and ensure seamless transition of qualified prospects
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes within CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates,



and competitive landscape to enhance outreach effectiveness

Experience

- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales roles preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing or advancing sales opportunities
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and customer service principles
- Technical sales experience or knowledge of technology products is a plus
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer interactions
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to conduct professional conversations over the phone while maintaining a positive attitude
