Job Overview

Neddy’s North Bay Hyundai is currently looking for a reliable and customer-focused individual with a positive attitude to join our Service Team as a Shuttle Driver. We’re looking for someone who is professional, dependable, and comfortable interacting with customers while safely transporting them to and from the dealership.

Qualifications:

- Valid G or G2 Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Previous dealership or automotive experience is an asset
- Professional and courteous manner with customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to safely operate various customer and dealership vehicles
- Must be comfortable driving in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as required

Responsibilities:

- Safely transport customers to and from the dealership, their homes, workplaces, or other designated locations
- Provide friendly, qualified and courteous customer service at all times
- Coordinate shuttle trips with Service Advisors and the Service Department
- Maintain awareness of customer schedules and ensure timely transportation




- Safely operate dealership vehicles while following all applicable traffic laws and company policies
- Complete vehicle walkarounds or inspections as required before operating dealership vehicles
- Keep shuttle vehicles clean, organized and presentable
- Assist with vehicle movement around the dealership when required
- Assist with dealer trades, vehicle deliveries, parts runs, or other driving duties where required
- Assist the Service Department with moving customer vehicles as directed
- Help maintain an organized and clean dealership lot and service area when required
- Communicate any vehicle concerns, customer issues, accidents or incidents to Management promptly
- Coordinate work with Service Advisors, Technicians and other team members
- Manage time effectively while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Other duties as assigned by Management
