SERVER – WILD WING WASAGA BEACH

Wild Wing Wasaga Beach is hiring confident, outgoing, experienced, and RELIABLE servers for a busy, high-energy sports bar environment.

We are looking for people who take their scheduled shifts seriously. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with guests, creating a fun atmosphere, working under pressure, and maximizing their earning potential through great service and strong sales.

- Provide fast, friendly, and engaging service
- Build strong guest connections and encourage repeat visits
- Upsell food, drinks, specials, and promotions
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized section

Attendance & Reliability

Reliability is a requirement for this position.

If you are scheduled for a shift, you are expected to show up on time and ready to work.

Frequent call-offs, last-minute cancellations, repeated lateness, or no-shows will not be accepted.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of serving experience required
- Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and busy periods
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Dependable transportation to and from work
- Smart Serve certification as required
