About the Position

Gam Diagnostic Imaging (GDI) is hiring multiple full-time Centralized Booking Representatives for our Brampton Centralized Booking Centre. We are looking for dependable, professional individuals with excellent customer-service skills who are comfortable working independently in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service

· Accurately schedule diagnostic imaging appointments across GDI locations

· Confirm patient information and provide appointment and preparation instructions

· Manage appointment changes, cancellations and rescheduling

· Maintain accurate patient information and confidentiality

· Follow established GDI booking procedures

Qualifications

· Medical reception,



booking or healthcare experience is an asset

· Excellent telephone and customer-service skills

· Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems

· Organized, accurate and detail-oriented

· Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

· Dependable, professional and team-oriented
