Join our growing team as an Assistant Manager of Eem Khao - our Thai restaurant based on the Chinatown of Bangkok, Yaowarat, where you will play a vital role in driving store success through effective leadership, exceptional customer service, and strategic operational management. This position offers the prospect to develop your managerial skills while ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. As an Assistant Manager, you will lead by example, motivate your team, and contribute to a vibrant dining environment that values innovation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

- Support in overseeing daily store operations and tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Lead, supervise, and develop team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new staff to build a high-performing team.
- Handle cash register operations including cashiering, cash handling, bookkeeping, tips and POS (Point of Sale) system management with accuracy.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and store procedures at all times.

- Handle overall guest experience with complaints, questions and concerns
- Excellent communication skills paired with phone etiquette that fosters positive customer interactions.
- Skilled in pricing strategies, marketing initiatives, and sales management techniques.
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising staff through training & development programs and performance evaluations.
- Exceptional organizational skills with time management capabilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.

This position is suitable for those who have experience in:

Hospitality (min 3 years)
Bartending (min 1 year)
Restaurant leadership (1 year)
South East Asian food (preferred)

Pay: $40,500.00-$42,225.00 per year
