Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of household LG appliances. Your expertise will ensure that our customers receive top-notch service and support, enhancing their overall experience with our company. The ideal candidate will possess robust mechanical and electrical knowledge, be experienced as a compressor technician (preferred) along with excellent customer service skills.

We are looking for a technician to service some of the following areas: Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Brant County, Ancaster, Dundas and Hamilton.

Duties

- Diagnose issues with appliances and determine the necessary repairs.
- Perform appliance repair services primarily on LG home appliances.
- Assemble and disassemble appliances as needed for repairs.
- Interpret and work from schematics to troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Able to order and return parts.
- Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- At least 1 year proven Appliance repair experience.
- Minimum of 2 year experience working on Sealed Systems/fridge compressors (Preferred) R600a and R134a
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and schematics is essential.
- Experience with Sealed systems using R134A and R600A.
- ODP Certified
- Gas License
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is advantageous.

Pay: $60,000.00-$105,543.51 per year
