Field Operations Engineer – Robotics (Travel Required)

ABOUT US

We build robotics and electrification systems for commercial trucking, including autonomous trailer coupling hardware deployed with major logistics fleets. We're a small team. Your work goes straight into the field.

THE ROLE

You'll own our pilot deployments across active customer sites in North America. When something breaks, you find out why and fix it. When the design needs to change, you make the change. This posting is for an existing vacancy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Lead installs, commissioning, and troubleshooting at customer sites

- Find the root cause of field failures and drive fixes to closure

- Make field-driven design changes: CAD updates, redlines, and engineering change orders

- Build and maintain our deployment playbook and checklists

- Be the technical point of contact for customers on site

WHAT YOU BRING

- Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field

- 2–7 years in robotics, automation, heavy equipment, or vehicle systems

- Hands-on with tools. You fix things,



you don't just report them.

- CAD skills (SolidWorks or similar) and experience with change control

- Willing to travel up to 50%, mostly to US sites

- Valid passport and ability to travel to the US

NICE TO HAVE

- Commercial vehicle, trailer, or fleet experience

- Pneumatics, electrical troubleshooting, or embedded systems exposure

- Startup experience
