Snowhawks Ski & Snowboard School is hiring Ski Instructors for our fun and engaging winter weekend programs. We provide a camp-like experience on snow, where each instructor teaches the same group of students for the entire season.

Program Details

Age of Students: 7 to 14 years old

Program Dates: 8 Saturdays or 8 Sundays (your choice)
January 9/10 through March 6/7, 2026
There is no program on Family Day Weekend, February 13 and 14

Location Options: Mount St. Louis Moonstone or Blue Mountain

Mount St. Louis Moonstone is best suited for newer or younger instructors, as the program there includes a larger number of younger and lower-level students. Blue Mountain provides higher-level classes and older students, which may be a better fit for more experienced instructors. You are welcome to request your preferred location, but placement cannot be guaranteed.

Transportation: Free coach bus transportation is provided from Toronto and surrounding areas. Pickup locations range from Oakville in the west to the Beaches in the east.

Requirements

Minimum age: 15 years old

Certification: CSIA or PSIC Level 1 or willingness to obtain prior to the program start
We provide on-snow training with transportation from Toronto




A private Snowhawks CSIA Level 1 course runs December 11-13, 2026
Certification cost is approximately $600. This is paid directly to CSIA, not Snowhawks
Once certified, the Level 1 certification is valid indefinitely.

Compensation

Day rate starting at $130, with increases based on certifications. Additional pay available for instructors working both Saturdays and Sundays.
