TRG Staffing Solutions is hiring experienced Swing Reach Operators for a leading Canadian retailer specializing in premium athletic apparel. This role supports high-volume warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment in Brampton.

Job Responsibilities

1. Operate an Order Picker machine to locate apparel in the warehouse and ensure products are put away accurately according to order requirements.
2. Load and unload apparel, ensuring products are stored correctly, fully accounted for, and ready to be put away.
3. Verify that picked apparel matches paperwork and is free of errors; identify and correct discrepancies, mark apparel for loading, and complete all procedures accurately.
4. Manually palletize and wrap skids, including physically demanding tasks.
5. Work in an RF-driven environment and meet daily productivity targets.
6. Assist with other warehouse duties as required.





Qualifications

1. Previous Order Picker experience is required.
2. Must have valid Order Picker License/certifications for PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) operations.
3. Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
4. Must be able to reach, push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout an 8–10 hour shift.
5. Flexibility to work extended hours when required is a strong asset.
