We are seeking a part-time Medical Office Assistant to join our specialized medical clinic in North Vancouver. This position is for 2 days per weeks, however, there may also be opportunities to pick up additional shifts at our Vancouver clinic to provide coverage for vacations, sick days and other scheduling needs.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone looking for a consistent part-time schedule with the flexibility to work additional hours when available.

We would like a candidate who will demonstrate an interest in becoming a reliable and committed member of our team, with the opportunity to grow into a full time and more advanced position.

Your tasks include but will not be limited to:

Answering the phone

Scheduling appointments

Patient flow management

Chaperoning and assisting in procedures

Processing correspondence: Electronic faxes (incoming & outgoing), email,



scanning / uploading patient documents, invoicing and processing payments

Assisting the team with Legal, ICBC & WCB files

Basic housekeeping duties

Requirements: Medical office experience is preferred but not necessary. On-site and virtual training will be provided.

Proficiency with the use of Windows and Microsoft office Applications (Word, Outlook and Excel)

Advanced English language skills and a typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
