Landform Inc. is a landscape construction company established in 2003 that services Calgary and the surrounding area. We offer Landscape Construction and Landscape Maintenance during spring-fall, and Snow Removal services in the winter. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn about the landscape industry, and takes pride in keeping a workplace organized and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is dependable, motivated, and able to work well both independently and with technicians.

This position supports our technicians and plays an important role in maintaining shop efficiency and cleanliness.

This role does require part time daytime shifts..

Shop Hand Duties and Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

- Maintain shop cleanliness and organization (floors, work bays, tools, and common areas)
- Assist technicians with basic tasks
- Move vehicles and equipment in and out of the shop safely
- Dispose of waste materials and recyclables properly
- Keep tools and equipment clean and stored properly
- Wash and detail company vehicles after repair
- Pick up and deliver parts when required
- Follow all safety procedures and shop policies

Shop Hand Qualifications and Requirements





- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s record
- Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions carefully
- Previous mechanic shop experience is an asset but not required
