The T-Bar Pub is the heartbeat of the resort's après scene and we need a Supervisor to keep it running smoothly. You'll manage the front-of-house team's schedule and workflow while ensuring every guest has an outstanding experience. Join our Food & Beverage team and enjoy free skiing/riding on your days off!

Responsibilities

- Understand and train staff with point-of-sale system, serving etiquette, and company policies
- Lead and support staff and run a profitable establishment
- Scheduling
- Ensure cleanliness of the building
- Create events to maximize revenue
- Ordering and inventory and ensure proper stock rotation
- Ensure all AGLC policies are being adhered to

Qualifications

- Deliver friendly, appealing service
- Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment
- Previous supervisor experience is an asset
- Knowledge of beer, wine, liquor and cocktails is an asset
- Valid ProServe certificate (Alberta)

Castle Mountain Resort is located at the end of Highway 774, near Pincher Creek, AB. This is a remote work location. More information on our location and our resort can be found at skicastle.ca

Work Conditions

- Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Weekend, Evening, On-call, Overtime as required
- This is a seasonal position November to April, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate.
