Our Land Services client is seeking a Land Analyst, industry expert, or Land Administrator for a remote contract opportunity on exciting new projects! Responsibilities

- Exceeding expectations to our diverse client base
- Professional and effective correspondence with clients, regulatory agencies, lawyers, engineers, surveyors and industry peers
- Coordination of projects with our experienced land administration and land agent teams
- Effective communication and direction to teams
- Consultation and acquisition for various surface interests
- Manage all aspects of a project from Public consultation, ROW acquisition, regulatory compliance, construction and reclamation and land requirements for regulatory filings

Skillset of the successful candidate:

- High level of integrity and ethics
- Exceptional reporting and management skills




- Strong computer skills and proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity, confidence and commitment to work on linear projects
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize a variety of urgent tasks
- Experience with surface land acquisitions, construction attendance
- Experience with BC Crown applications and third-party agreements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive, friendly, and professional interaction with co-workers and clients
- Experience using Spin II, ETS, OneStop, EDS system, ILRR, myLTSA, CORES, and ISC is a benefit
- Valid Commissioners for Oaths in the Western Provinces is an asset
