Your Key Responsibilities:

- Must have hands-on experience performing Laser Hair Removal using the GentleMax Pro, Morpheus8 (InMode), microneedling, chemical peels, and various facial procedures.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
- Both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in Laser and Radio Frequency.
- Maintain a professional image while multi-tasking in a fast-paced, client-centered setting.




- Experience conducting engaging client consultations, using your expertise to recommend personalized treatment plans that meet their needs.
- Experienced in dermatology and understanding different skin compositions.
- Confidently upsell additional treatments and products, surpassing sales targets while maintaining a high closing ratio.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they return for more treatments and refer others.
- Collaborate with your team to create a supportive, high-energy clinic environment where clients feel welcomed and valued.
- Manage bookings, appointments, and client data efficiently using CRM/booking software.

Who You Are:

- You have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics and a proven track record of success in sales.
- A certified Medical Aesthetician with a diploma from a recognized institution.
- Your passion for aesthetics is matched by your ability to upsell and close deals, ensuring both client satisfaction and clinic growth.
- You thrive on building strong connections with clients and your team, fostering a positive, results-driven atmosphere.
- You’re adaptable and able to work a flexible schedule that includes mornings, evenings and weekends to accommodate client and clinic needs.
- You're tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
