We are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Technician with a background in the modular structures industry to join our team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and taking pride in keeping equipment and modular units operating safely and efficiently. You will play an important role in maintaining and servicing units both in the yard and at field locations, ensuring they are ready for turnaround and field operations and meet our high standards for quality and reliability.

What You’ll Do

- Respond promptly to service calls dispatched by the Service Manager.
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on modular units in both yard and field environments.
- Diagnose and repair a variety of systems, including:
- Furnaces and air conditioning systems
- On-demand water heaters and water pumps
- Satellite and entertainment systems
- Saniflo sewage systems
- Coordinate third-party services, including cleaning, water delivery, fuel delivery, and parts procurement.
- Maintain accurate parts and equipment inventory and ensure supplies are organized and readily available.
- Prepare for field assignments by ensuring the service truck is properly stocked and equipped for each trip.
- Keep the service vehicle clean, safe, and in proper working condition.
- Complete service reports, documentation, and other required paperwork accurately and on time.
- Work professionally with clients, vendors, and team members while maintaining positive working relationships.
- Work extended hours and travel to field locations when required.

What You Bring

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the modular structures industry.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence with a clean driver’s abstract.




- Robust understanding of modular wellsite equipment and fleet operations.
- Working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with company procedures, operational practices, and field service requirements.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to complete electronic documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and highly organized.
- Professional communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Valid safety certifications, including those required for field operations, such as:
- First Aid
- H2S
- PST
- TDG
- Fall Protection
