Apprentice Propane Technician

Sullivan Fuels, a family-owned company specializing in heating oil and propane deliveries and service and installations, is seeking a self-motivated Propane Technician Apprentice with a excellent work ethic to join our team!

Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Performing seasonal service including equipment diagnostics, operational checks, cleaning, and maintenance with trained technician.
- Servicing, repairing, and installing of propane related equipment and tanks with trained technician.
- Cleaning and replacement of parts needed for safe efficient operations.
- Respond to calls regarding emergency issues including no heat, no hot water or any other emergency calls as necessary with trained technician.
- Performing duties in compliance with Provincial and National guidelines and codes.

Qualified candidates must be able to:





- Be available to work Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean and safe driving record.
- Willing to enter into Technician apprenticeship program
- Be mechanically inclined
- Have basic troubleshooting, problem solving and diagnostic skills.
- Good organization and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Safety focused required

Salary to increase as each stage of training/certification is successfully completed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
