Senior Automotive Sales Consultant – Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & Ram

About the Role

Fergus Chrysler is growing! As we continue to scale our operations we are looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant with a strong leadership and background in domestic brands to join our Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & Ram dealership. This role is designed for a high-performing qualified who understands the nuances of truck, SUV, and performance vehicle sales—and knows how to consistently convert opportunities into results. You’ll step into a locally owned environment with established traffic, a competitive and large inventory mix of both new and used cars, and a strong leadership team focused on execution and continued growth. This is an opportunity to leverage your experience while continuing to build a high-value client base.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to delivery, with minimal oversight
- Engaging qualified leads and walk-in clients with a consultative, product-driven approach
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & Ram lineup, including trims, packages, and competitive positioning
- Building long-term client relationships to generate repeat and referral business
- Maintaining a disciplined follow-up process and an organized, high-volume sales pipeline
- Staying current on incentives, financing options, and market trends within the domestic segment
- Collaborating with finance and management teams to structure and close deals efficiently

What You Bring





- Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience, preferably with domestic brands
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of truck and SUV buyers, including Ram and Jeep customer profiles
- High-level negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to operate independently while contributing to a team environment
- Professional, confident communication style
- Valid driver’s license
