Details Custom Ltd. is a custom home building and renovation company specializing in high-quality residential construction. We are looking for an experienced, hardworking General Labourer to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who understands how a construction site operates and takes pride in doing things properly. The right candidate is reliable, trustworthy, hands-on, and able to see what needs to be done without always being asked.

This is a great opportunity for someone who already has construction experience or is a recent graduate of a construction-related program and wants to continue developing their skills and knowledge within the custom home building industry.

Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day activities on custom home and renovation sites
- Maintain clean, organized and safe job sites
- Load, unload and move building materials and equipment
- Assist skilled trades and site supervisors as required
- Perform demolition, site preparation, material handling and general construction tasks
- Help with deliveries, pickups and organization of materials
- Protect finished work and maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the construction process
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Identify tasks that need to be completed and take initiative to get them done
- Follow direction from site supervisors and work effectively as part of a team
- Follow all applicable health and safety requirements
- Take pride in the quality and appearance of the work site
