Duties

- Measure and cut insulation materials using hand tools to ensure precise fitting according to project specifications
- Install insulation in walls, ceilings, floors, and ductwork following blueprints and technical drawings
- Apply caulking around insulation seams and joints to ensure airtight seals and optimal thermal performance
- Use hand tools such as knives, drills, and staple guns to secure insulation materials effectively
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to determine proper placement and installation procedures
- Assist with drywall installation when required, ensuring smooth finishes alongside insulation work




- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris safely throughout the project

Requirements

- Proven experience in construction or related trades, with a focus on insulation installation preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately
- Skilled in using hand tools such as knives, staplers, drills, and caulking guns
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing gaps and joints effectively
- Familiarity with drywall installation is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy materials, and work at heights when necessary
