Join a growing industrial manufacturer with a robust reputation for quality, safety, and continuous improvement. We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and keeping production running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns
- Maintain production equipment including conveyors, shears, packaging equipment, cranes, forklifts, motors, pumps, and gearboxes
- Read drawings, schematics, and technical manuals
- Complete maintenance documentation using a CMMS
- Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow all LOTO and safety procedures

Must-Haves

✔ Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
✔ Strong troubleshooting skills with motors, pumps, conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, chains, and sprockets
✔ Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
✔ Preventive maintenance and breakdown response experience
✔ Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics
✔ Strong commitment to safety and reliability

Assets

- 433A Millwright or Red Seal
- Steel, metal processing, automotive, packaging, plastics, or food manufacturing experience
- Welding, electrical, or fabrication experience
- Forklift or overhead crane certification
- MaintainX, SAP, Fiix, Maximo, or other CMMS experience
