Microforum is looking to hire some press operators to run our vinyl music record presses.

We need to find people who have either had label experience or understand the huge time / monetary investment that goes into putting out a record and care about delivering the highest quality product to the customer more than anything else.

DJ / crate digging / record collecting experience is highly beneficial, we need people that understand the intricacies and idiosyncrasies of vinyl records, however any person with experience running manufacturing equipment can learn the job.

Any kind of mechanical background is helpful. Caring about the value we create for people is essential more than anything.

Requires excellent troubleshooting / communication skills,



attention to detail and the ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a demanding manufacturing setting.

At the moment our opening are for:

Eveningh Shift 4:00pm to 12:30am

Night shift 12:00am to 8:30am
