About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Foreman to lead and coordinate labourers on a single-home construction project in the Lower Mainland, BC.
Position: Foreman
Pay: $40/hour
Start Date: September 21, 2026
Location: Lower Mainland, BC
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate labourers on site
- Assign daily tasks and keep the crew organized
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Coordinate with the project team and other trades as needed
- Monitor daily progress and keep the project on schedule
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
Requirements:
- Previous construction foreman or lead-hand experience
- Robust ability to manage and direct labourers
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Reliable and safety-conscious
- Residential construction experience is an asset
