About the Role

Allscapes Landscape is hiring motivated and dependable Crew Members for our Lawn and Bed Maintenance team. We care for residential and commercial properties, taking pride in high-quality work, team integrity, and total client satisfaction.

Winter Opportunity: Strong potential to transition to our Snow Removal Team for year-round work.

Key Responsibilities

- Property Care: Perform routine lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming) and bed care (weeding, pruning, mulching).
- Operations: Safely operate standard landscaping tools and equipment, keeping job sites spotless and qualified.
- Teamwork: Follow leader directions, communicate respectfully with clients and peers, and maintain sharp punctuality.

What We’re Looking For

- Reliability & Ethic: Hardworking, punctual, and respectful toward clients, team members,



and equipment.
- Drive & Experience: Landscaping experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Logistics: Valid G or G2 driver’s license, reliable transportation, and comfort working outdoors in all weather.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
