```Duties```
- Oversee all operations of the retail shop, including food handling, food preparation, and customer service.
- Manage a team of culinary staff to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of products for sale.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and kitchen area.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Implement and enforce food safety standards and regulations.
- Train staff on proper techniques and safe handling practices.

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in the food industry, specifically in a shop
- Strong knowledge of meat cutting techniques and various cuts of meat.




- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and skilled manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
