At The Kind Hearted Company, we're hiring a Janitor who takes pride in doing the job right, shows up consistently, and understands that reliability matters just as much as cleaning skill.

What You'll Do

- Clean commercial buildings and common areas to the KHC standard
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors throughout each site
- Clean and sanitize washrooms, and restock supplies
- Empty garbage and recycling; clean kitchens and high-touch surfaces
- Use company-approved products and equipment following safety protocols

What We Offer

- $20.00–$22.00/hour depending on experience
- Approximately 30.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit
- WorkSafeBC coverage and company liability insurance
- 4% vacation pay, statutory holiday pay, paid sick days
- All cleaning products and equipment supplied
- Paid onboarding and training

What We're Looking For

- Reliable, skilled, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical work




- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required
- A driver's licence and vehicle are not required; reliable transportation to work is your responsibility
- Legally authorized to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship available)
