As Project Manager at Intero, you take full ownership of pipeline inspection projects from award through close-out, working with equipment and software developed in-house. You will gain international exposure across our North American and European operations, supported by funded PMP certification and structured technical training. This is a role for someone who wants to shape how Intero delivers projects, not simply follow one.

We inspect pipelines from the inside, using sensors, robotics and data analysis to find corrosion, cracks and damage before they become failures, and we support operators across the full life of their assets. About the Role

Pipelines don't wait. When an operator needs a line inspected and back in service, someone has to turn scope, crew, tools, and schedule into a project that runs safely and finishes on time: that's this role. You'll be leading the field technicians who execute the work and working directly with the operators who depend on the results.

You know how to keep complex projects moving. You bring people together, anticipate challenges, and make sure commitments become results.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated Project Manager with a pipeline integrity background to join our Project Management team. You'll be part of a growing, international project management team, working alongside experienced PMs across Intero's North American and European operations, with direct access to senior colleagues when a project gets complicated. The team leans informal: quick calls to solve a scheduling issue, hands-on support from day one, and shared ownership of getting field crews what they need to do the job safely.

What you will do

- Plan and deliver pipeline inspection projects from award through close-out: reviewing scope and resource requirements, setting budgets and milestones, and monitoring progress through all phases to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget, quality execution
- Act as the primary customer contact: communicate in a technical and consultative manner, provide regular status reports, and resolve challenges professionally to maintain high satisfaction
- Manage customer relationships and develop account-specific sales strategies,



assessing client needs and recommending appropriate Intero inspection solutions
- Travel to clients and project job sites for site visits in preparation for and during project execution
- Provide post-delivery technical support and act as troubleshooter for technical problems in the field
- Ensure QHSE rules, quality control/assurance procedures, and company, local, and governmental safety regulations are followed on all projects and at all facilities
- Manage equipment, tool, and expendable-materials inventory, including readiness of service equipment and vehicles, preventative maintenance, and reporting and shipping of non-conforming tools
- Own equipment operation and safety training programs to maintain a safe working environment
- Ensure Inspection Engineers and Technicians submit complete, accurate run documentation, data analysis, final reports, time sheets, field reports, and expense reports
- Build and lead the team: recruit, place, evaluate, motivate, and develop staff, set work schedules and organizational structures, and foster a positive team dynamic
- Drive continuous improvement in project operations through performance monitoring, root cause analysis, quality initiatives, and improved processes and policies

What you bring

Must-haves

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of successful project management experience in a technical, energy, or oil & gas related industry
- Experience with pigging/cleaning/purging and in-line inspection
- Fluid dynamics knowledge (flow & pressure calculations)
- Turnkey project experience
- Demonstrated experience setting and working within project budgets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Working competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to travel up to 40% within North America for project site visits, plus up to 20% internationally for training
- Reliable, self-motivated, and dependable; able to work within a team or independently
- Ability to work in standing and sitting positions for extended periods, indoors and in inclement weather, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Nice-to-haves

- PMP certification
- Prior experience holding industry certifications such as Basic Plus or a TWIC card
- Background in pipeline integrity, inspection technology,



or comparable technical field services
