More than a place to shop, LilyJean is being created as a welcoming space where people can connect, nourish, discover and thrive. Our upstairs boutique will offer thoughtfully selected clothing, accessories, gifts and lifestyle products—with a special appreciation for Canadian brands.
In this role, you will:
- Welcome customers and help them feel comfortable
- Offer thoughtful, personalized styling and product support
- Process purchases using Square
- Receive, price and merchandise new inventory
- Keep the boutique organized, inviting and beautifully presented
- Assist with displays, promotions, events and social media content
- Help create the genuine, caring experience at the heart of LilyJean
We would love to meet someone who is:
- Friendly,
dependable and confident connecting with people
- Interested in fashion, gifting, wellness and community
- Creative, organized and attentive to detail
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
- Available for a versatile schedule, including some Saturdays
- Experienced in retail or customer service—although attitude and fit matter most
