Flawless Finish Facility Services Ltd. is seeking reliable and detail-oriented On-Call Commercial Cleaners to join our growing team. This is a casual, part-time position with work available based on client and project requirements throughout the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland.

We provide skilled cleaning services for commercial offices, medical and dental clinics, strata/common areas, move-in/move-out projects, deep cleans, and post-construction sites.

Responsibilities

* Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors

* Clean and disinfect washrooms

* Dust and wipe surfaces, fixtures, and furniture

* Clean kitchens, staff rooms, and common areas

* Clean interior glass and perform spot cleaning as required

* Perform detailed move-in/move-out and deep cleaning

* Perform post-construction cleaning and dust removal

* Properly use cleaning products, supplies, and equipment

* Follow site-specific cleaning checklists and safety procedures

* Report damages, deficiencies, or safety concerns to management

* Maintain Flawless Finish's quality and professionalism standards

Requirements





* Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various job sites throughout the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland

* Dependable and punctual

* Strong attention to detail

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Ability to perform physically demanding cleaning duties

* Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends

* Previous commercial, residential, or post-construction cleaning experience is an asset

* Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

Hours & Pay

* $20.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience

* Approximately 5–20 hours per week, based on available work

* This is an on-call/casual position; weekly hours are not guaranteed

* Opportunity for additional and more consistent hours as our client base grows.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 20.0 per week
