We’re looking for dedicated, hands-on Landscape Laborers who aren’t afraid to break a sweat and love seeing a job well done. Whether you’re just getting started or already fluent in the language of heavy machinery, we’ve got a spot for you on our Landscape Construction Crew.

Responsibilities

- Work with natural materials like stone, soil, trees, concrete, and wood.
- Install features such as pathways, patios, retaining walls, fences, irrigation systems, and sod.
- Plant trees, lay sod, and maintain vibrant landscapes.
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and efficient.
- Grow your skills or lead the way—opportunities for all experience levels.
- Enjoy working outdoors every day—no fluorescent lights here!

Qualifications

- Landscaping experience is an asset
- Be able to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to take directions and follow instructions




- Steel-toe boots & gloves
- Reliable transportation + valid license
- Respectful, qualified attitude
- Willingness to learn and work hard (we’ll teach the rest!)
