Marketing Assistant – Lead Generation & Business Development

Greenbuild Tech Inc. is looking for a Marketing Assistant to help us generate leads and connect with potential customers for our industry-focused business solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in technology sales, ERP, CRM, Microsoft business applications, and B2B marketing.

You do not need to be a technical consultant or software developer. We are mainly looking for someone who is confident communicating with businesses, finding the right contacts, and starting conversations.

What You Will Do

- Identify potential customers and decision-makers
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, online research, and other channels
- Connect with business owners, CFOs, Finance Managers, Operations Managers, and other decision-makers
- Support LinkedIn marketing and outreach campaigns
- Follow up with prospects and help arrange meetings or product demonstrations
- Maintain basic lead and follow-up information
- Support marketing activities, events, exhibitions, and partner outreach
- Learn about Greenbuild Tech’s industry solutions and explain them at a high level

Who We Are Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, lead generation, business development, or a related role
- Comfortable speaking with business professionals and decision-makers
- Positive written and verbal communication skills




- Familiarity with LinkedIn and online lead generation
- Interest in technology, software, ERP, CRM, or Microsoft solutions
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Willing to learn about business software and different industries

Experience in Any of These Areas Is an Advantage

Experience with any one of the following would be helpful, but is not mandatory:

- Software or technology sales
- Microsoft products or business applications
- ERP or CRM solutions
- Construction or home-building industry
- Real Estate or Property Management
- Chemical or Manufacturing industry
- B2B sales or professional services

Pay: $18.25-$35.24 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
