Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner / Housekeeper to join our team, providing exceptional cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties. This role offers flexible shifts, allowing you to balance work with your personal commitments. As a key member of our cleaning crew, you will ensure that all spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and hospitality. Your dedication will help create welcoming environments that clients can enjoy with confidence and comfort.

Core Cleaning & Housekeeping

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, common areas, offices, and residential rooms
- Complete light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishwashing, bed‑making, and general tidying

Laundry & Organization

- Manage laundry tasks including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is in good working condition

Customer Service & Professional Conduct

- Communicate professionally with clients to understand cleaning preferences and expectations
- Maintain a respectful, trustworthy presence in client homes and workplaces
- Manage schedules efficiently across multiple properties while respecting client confidentiality

Safety & Compliance

- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and follow site‑specific instructions
- Adhere to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working workplace
- Report supply needs, maintenance issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor




- Ensure all assigned areas meet cleanliness and quality standards

Requirements

- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French or other languages is an asset
- Prior experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or hospitality is preferred (training provided)
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills to complete tasks efficiently during flexible shifts
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Good communication skills for interacting professionally with clients and team members
- Basic familiarity with laundry procedures and light meal preparation is an asset
- Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to delivering high‑quality service
- Ability to travel to assigned work locations within Windsor–Essex

Background & Screening Requirements

- Ability to provide a Criminal Record & Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC)
- Two professional references
- Government‑issued ID and eligibility to work in Canada
- Clean driving record (if driving between client locations)

This is professional, legal, and industry‑standard for residential + commercial cleaning.
