Part time Bookkeeper / Commis comptable à temps partiel

OPTIM STRUCTURE, a structural engineering firm, is looking for a part-time Bookkeeper to join our team for 1 to 2 days per week.

OPTIM STRUCTURE, une firme de génie structural, est à la recherche d’un(e) commis comptable / technicien(ne) comptable à temps partiel, pour travailler 1 à 2 jours par semaine.

Responsibilities:

- Accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare invoices and follow up on payments
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Bookkeeping and general accounting entries
- GST/QST remittances
- Assist with payroll and year-end preparation
- Maintain organized accounting records

Requirements:

- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Experience with Sage 50 is an asset
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- French and English are assets

Schedule: 1–2 days per week

- Préparation des factures et suivi des paiements
- Conciliations bancaires et de cartes de crédit
- Tenue de livres et écritures comptables
- Remises de TPS/TVQ
- Soutien à la paie et à la préparation de fin d’année
- Maintien des dossiers comptables à jour et bien organisés

Exigences :

- Expérience en tenue de livres ou en comptabilité
- Expérience avec Sage 50 considérée comme un atout
- Bonne connaissance d’Excel
- Personne organisée, fiable et minutieuse
- Français et anglais considérés comme des atouts

Horaire : 1 à 2 jours par semaine
