LIFEPLUS is a natural health products retailer serving customers since 2018. We help people make informed, evidence-based choices about supplements and nutrition to improve their everyday quality of life. We are opening a brand-new retail store in Richmond, and we're looking for a friendly, knowledgeable team member to help us launch it.

About the Role

As a Nutrition Advisor / Retail Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers — listening to their needs, recommending suitable products, and making sure every visit is a positive one. You'll also work closely with the Store Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly, both in-store and online.

What You'll Do

Customer Service & Product Advice

- Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable guidance on vitamins, supplements, and natural health products
- Understand customers' health goals and recommend appropriate products
- Answer product questions in person, by phone, and through online channels
- Process sales and transactions accurately

Store Operations (Supporting the Store Manager)

- Receive incoming shipments, check inventory, and stock shelves
- Assist with regular inventory counts
- Pick, pack, and ship online orders
- Help with store opening and closing procedures and keep the store clean and well-organized
- Assist with other store-related tasks as assigned by the Store Manager





What We're Looking For

- Genuine passion for nutrition, health, and wellness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with both customer-facing work and hands-on tasks (lifting boxes, stocking, packing)
- Available to work weekends

Assets (Nice to Have)

- Education or certification in nutrition, holistic nutrition, or a related field (e.g., CNPA, RHN)
- Previous retail experience, especially in natural health products, pharmacy, or health food stores
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese — a solid asset, as many of our customers are Chinese-speaking. Please mention your language skills in your resume.
- Experience with social media or creating online content

Pay: $19.25-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
