Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on, accountable, and results-driven Warehouse Floor Supervisor to lead the daily execution of warehouse activities.

The Supervisor coordinates the team, manages daily priorities, maintains safety and productivity standards, and ensures work is completed accurately and efficiently. Working closely with the Operations Manager, this role provides strong floor leadership and ensures a protected, organized, and high-performing warehouse.

Responsibilities

· Supervise daily receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, and material handling.

· Assign tasks, establish priorities, and adjust workflow based on daily requirements.

· Maintain a visible, hands-on presence on the warehouse floor.

· Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.

· Provide daily direction, coaching, and support to warehouse employees.

· Monitor performance and reinforce expectations for productivity, quality, attendance, safety, and conduct.

· Support employee onboarding, training, and cross-training.

· Promote teamwork, accountability, and a skilled work environment.

· Identify and report inventory discrepancies, errors, damage, and operational issues.

· Enforce safe work practices, conduct floor checks, and report hazards or incidents.

· Maintain high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and organization.

· Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and recommend practical improvements.

· Support approved process improvements and ensure established procedures are followed.

· Communicate daily workload, staffing, productivity, inventory, and safety issues to the Operations Manager.

· Escalate issues that may affect safety, employees, inventory, customers, or service levels.

What we are looking for

· 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or material-handling experience.

· 3+ years of experience leading or supervising warehouse employees.

· Strong knowledge of receiving, shipping,



picking, inventory control, and warehouse operations.

· Experience with a WMS and/or ERP system.

· Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong leadership skills and ability to hold employees accountable.

· Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail and accuracy and a Strong safety mindset

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Logistics, supply chain, or related education is an asset.

· Previous warehouse supervisory experience strongly preferred.

· Forklift certification is an asset.

· Bilingual French and English preferred.

· Microsoft Office/Excel proficiency is an asset.
