On behalf of our client, we are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Bilingual Warehouse Manager to take the reins of our client’s supply chain and distribution operations. In this role, you will play an integral part of the site operations. You will own the entire lifecycle of our inventory—from receiving and storage to fast, accurate shipping. What You Will Do

- Oversee all warehouse workflows—including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and logistics—to maximize throughput and minimize waste.
- Recruit, train, and inspire a growing team, fostering an empowering culture built on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage inventory strategies, including ABC cycle-counting programs, to guarantee high stock accuracy.
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive smart, data-backed operational strategies.
- Will be responsible for, and enforce safety regulations, lead proactive incident reviews, and ensure a zero-harm setting for all staff.
- Partner seamlessly with other departments,



including purchasing, Sales, Production and Customer Service to keep supply chains moving and resolve bottlenecks immediately.

What You Bring

- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Materials Management, or a related field is an asset
- 7+ years experience of leadership experience managing warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics teams.
- Forklift certified or willing to obtain/re-obtain
- Demonstrated experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards, AS400, etc.
- Familiarity with modern Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Outstanding communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a natural ability to troubleshoot and solve complex operational challenges.
- Bilingual in French and English is mandatory for this position

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $95,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
