Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed decisions
- Assist with merchandising displays to ensure attractive and organized product presentation
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
- Upsell complementary products and services to maximize sales opportunities




- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, store policies, and product inventory levels
- Manage time effectively to assist multiple customers efficiently during busy periods

Skills

- Proven experience in retail sales with a focus on customer engagement
- Strong communication skills for suggesting products clearly and confidently
- Basic experience with merchandising, POS systems, and cash handling procedures
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory, displays, and customer flow
- Demonstrated ability in upselling, customer service excellence, and effective time management
- Knowledge of basic math for transactions and sales calculations; phone etiquette is essential for professional interactions
