Key Responsibilities - Manufacturing Associate

- Operate production and assembly equipment in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.

- Assemble, inspect, and package automotive parts according to quality and safety standards.

- Perform quality checks and identify defects to ensure products meet specifications.

- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area.

- Follow work instructions, production schedules, and company procedures.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work setting.





- Meet daily production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Complete basic production documentation and reporting as required.

- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to support production goals.

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

- Assist with machine operation, troubleshooting, and minor adjustments as needed.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

- Perform repetitive tasks while standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.

- Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime and up to 48 hours per week when required.

Qualifications:

- Previous manufacturing experience is required

- Clear criminal record

- Capable of performing a variety of standing, crouching, twisting and bending during 8 or 12 hours shifts

- Can lift up to 50 lbs

- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
