Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Digital Dental Support & Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a link between dental professionals (Dentist, Denturist and Lab Technicians) and provide digital dental solutions. Your understanding of technology, combined with any prior dental experience will drive customer engagement and support the growth of our digital team. This position offers an chance to leverage your technical skills and dental industry knowledge to enhance patient care and streamline dental practice workflows.

Duties

- Provide support to dental professionals by demonstrating and troubleshooting digital dental equipment and software solutions.
- Assist customers in understanding the benefits of digital products, including exoCAD, 3D printing and milling.
- Collaborate with the sales teams to identify customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and facilitate product demonstrations.
- Offer training and ongoing support to dental staff on the use of dental equipment, CAD software, and other digital tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry and laboratory procedures to communicate effectively with clients.
- Document customer interactions, technical issues, and sales activities accurately in CRM systems for continuous improvement.

Qualifications





- Experience working in a dental office/laboratory environment or with dental professionals is highly desirable.
- Prior experience or familiarity of 3D scanning and CAD software applications.
- Medical terminology specific to dentistry and laboratory processes.
- Communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and professionally.
- Technical aptitude with a passion for digital innovation in dentistry is essential!

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

- Please be aware this job is in-person! Not remote or hybrid. Commuting to and from the office is necessary. We host lectures and attend Dental conferences a few times in the year around the GTA and we would expect you to join us. We are looking for someone who can come to the office everyday, collaborate with others and become a professional in Digital Dentistry!
