Field Support Specialist:

Description: Provide support to franchisees and Sales Team operations, including but not limited to: conducting franchisee inventories, making recommendations to reconcile inventory problems, conducting route surveys, responding to priority service issues. Sell and provide services in open routes. Support overall Sales Management team goals.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

- Basic understanding of some aspects of franchisee operations, for example:
- Inventory management, survey and order process.
- Credit policy and practices , warranty program and Franchise contracts.
- Proficient at Microsoft Office

Other Requirements:

- University Graduate or Equivalent degree.
- Willingness to travel on a daily basis
- Enjoy interacting with customers




- Ability to lift 50 to 100 lbs occasionally
- Adaptability , Dependability/Reliability and Relationship Building
- Sales Effectiveness, Planning orientation

Salary: $56,000 - $58,000

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $56,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
