We are seeking a reliable Caretaker to join the on-site team at a residential building in West Vancouver for a live-in position. Working alongside a Building Manager, this role will provide a combination of resident service, administrative support, and day-to-day building operations.

**Base salary ranging from $45,000-$55,000 + Live-In Accommodations**

Key Responsibilities

- Work with the Building Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the building.
- Act as a professional point of contact for residents, responding to questions and requests.
- Assist with the coordination of maintenance requests, repairs, contractors, and service providers.
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas and building facilities
- Support move-in and move-out coordination, including elevator bookings and resident communications.
- Assist with maintaining clean, safe,



and well-presented common areas and exterior spaces.
- Assist the Building Manager with urgent maintenance issues and building emergencies when required.

The Successful Candidate:

- Previous experience in building caretaking, property management, residential operations, or a similar environment.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable manner.
- Solid administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with residents, contractors, and colleagues.
- Previous experience working in a residential building or strata environment would be an asset.
