Sales Assistant (Growth Opportunity to Sales Consultant)

Position Overview:
Northland Ford is looking for a motivated and dependable Sales Assistant to support our sales team and dealership operations. This is an entry-level position designed for someone eager to learn the automotive business and grow into a Sales Consultant role over time. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and willing to take initiative wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations and customer support
- Prepare vehicles for delivery, ensuring they are clean, fueled, and presentation-ready
- Coordinate and assist with vehicle deliveries to customers
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the lot and showroom
- Shuttle customers and staff as required (valid driver’s license required)
- Fuel and move vehicles as needed
- Support inventory management, including checking in recent vehicles
- Run errands and provide general assistance across departments




- Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint

Qualifications:

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow within the dealership

Preferred (but not required):

- Previous customer service
- Interest in pursuing a career in automotive sales
