Core Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshooting motors, bearings, lubrication, gearboxes and mechanical power systems, pumping systems, hydraulics and pneumatics
- Maintaining PLC-controlled production equipment
- Disassembling, repairing, and reassembling equipment such as gearboxes, pumps and mechanical drivetrains
- Maintaining and timing precision equipment
- Troubleshooting and correcting electrical and mechanical problems in a fast-paced environment
- Troubleshooting production robot cells (Fanuc, Motoman /Yaskawa)
- Developing and carrying out Preventive Maintenance programs
- Additional tasks as assigned

Physical Requirements

- Lift and move objects up to 49 pounds each




- Engage in full manual dexterity in both hands and wrists
- Ability to climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitation
- Ability to work in industrial environments that may be noisy, unlit, unheated, not air-conditioned
- Able to access all areas of building (ascending and descending ladders, stairs, etc.)

Qualified Requirements

- Degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical, or Electrical field, or Robotics
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Able to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic drawings to determine the source of machine faults
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize many different projects and workload
- knowledgeable in Excel
- Keep orderly records of maintenance inventory and ability to carry out work in an organized manner
- Ability to work in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
