Job Description:

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. In this role, you’ll help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for every guest who walks through our doors. Experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right person who takes pride in their work.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Guest Room Care: Clean and prepare guest rooms to hotel standards, including making beds with fresh linens, dusting and vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and restocking guest supplies.
- Laundry Operations: Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize towels and bed linens. Inspect linens for stains, damage, or excessive wear and keep laundry and linen areas clean and organized.
- Public Area Upkeep: Keep hallways, lobbies, and other shared areas clean, tidy, and welcoming. Empty garbage and restock supplies as needed.
- Guest Service & Safety: Assist guests with simple requests such as extra towels or pillows. Use cleaning products and equipment safely and report any maintenance issues, damage, or other concerns to the appropriate team member.
- Teamwork: Work closely with other housekeeping and hotel staff to ensure rooms are cleaned and ready for arriving guests, especially during busy periods.

What We’re Looking For

- Work Authorization:



Must currently reside in Canada and have valid authorization to work in Canada (such as an Open Work Permit). Unfortunately, we cannot consider applicants residing abroad or in Canada on a Visitor Visa.
- Experience: Previous housekeeping, hotel, or laundry experience is an asset, but we are happy to train the right person who is willing to learn.
- Availability: Must be available for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required by hotel operations.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods, bending, reaching, and performing regular lifting and carrying throughout the shift.
- Key Skills: Good attention to detail, reliability, basic time management, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Able to follow cleaning procedures and safely handle cleaning products, equipment, and laundry.
